For the third episode of the Revive and Review podcast I chose a movie from Afghanistan, called Marda Ra Qwal Ast which translates to ‘Real men keep their promises’. It was released in 1979. It is a story about love and honour. Adapted from the works of Dr Mohammed Akram Osman.
